+How did you start cooking?

I've always cooked my whole life. It's a part of my culture that I love. It wasn't until after I graduated college, while dealing with a depression, that I realized I love cooking and feeding people. It feeds my soul and truly makes me happy. I started documenting my recipes in a blog and from there it started taking a life of it's own.

Depends on the mood but I will never turn down an arepa!

A SHARP chef's knife! I can't tell you how important that is.

There's no such thing as luck. Luck is where preparation and hard work meet. That's always stuck with me!

+Your husband's a chef too? You must eat SO good!

SO many people swear we eat gourmet food ALL the time, which we sometimes do, but the majority of the time we don't LOL

In reality we're either ordering in or throwing together a meal with whatever is in the fridge.
