Sriracha Donut Holes

Makes 32 donut holes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can premade biscuit dough (regular not flaky)

  • Oil for frying

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon milk or water

Method:

In a saucepot over medium heat, preheat oil to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup and Sriracha until it forms a smooth glaze.

Separate the biscuits and cut into quarters.

Roll each quarter into a little ball. Fry balls until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes, in small batches. Use tongs to make sure they fry evenly.

Transfer donut balls to a cooling rack. While the donuts are warm, pour the glaze over top.
